Thank you very much! Your hotel is one of the best hotels in Santa Barbara. Everything is at a high level! My family and I had a wonderful weekend on the occasion of my birthday! Thank you for your attention with a bottle of wine, cookies, and mineral water. It was very nice) Cleaned every day, breakfast was amazing, and the room was not small for a small hotel. the bathroom is spacious, and the floor is heated. In general, the hotel is excellent with a great location. Walking distance to various restaurants and to the zoo. service at a high level! Be prepared for a $28 parking fee, but it's a totally normal price for how well they do it. We've been to other hotels where the parking fee was higher, but we didn't get the same service as this hotel.

The Waterman is well situated for the waterside and downtown. It's easy to walk to the beach, the wharf, the Presidio, and the Los Banos pool (a lovely outdoor pool).
The hotel room was fine but no more than fine. It did have lots of hooks to hang coats from though...
Breakfast facilities were minimal, but there was plenty of availability of free coffee and tea. We didn't see any guests using the cooker hob - slightly weird in a hotel, but if you fancied scrambling some eggs then the equipment was there.
The staff were all very pleasant and helpful.
OK for a one night stay.
