Our initial check-in was a bit of a miss due to the team on duty at that time, but thankfully Chandra stepped in and completely turned things around. She resolved everything quickly and went out of her way to make our stay a little extra special. Jordan was also helpful along the way, but Chandra was truly the star of the experience. The hotel itself has a great little bar and the breakfast was fantastic — definitely worth it. The location is convenient and felt safe, though downtown does get a bit sketchy at night. Overall, thanks to Chandra’s attention and care, our stay ended up being wonderful, and we’d happily return.

Everything. Good location. Great helpful staff, they answered all our questions and booked us a big car to the airport. Clean adequate room. Coffee in the lobby all the time. Restaurant, market, and bus stop across the street.

Amazing atmosphere, its like going back in time. People who worked there are very kind and helpful. The rooms are huge and comfy! Location was in my opinion nice because it was a little bit outside the city center.

I liked the promontory to our friends’ home. It was the most reasonable of all the “good accommodation” choices. Very clean and very comfortable. I loved how much space we had in each room. It was a 3-minute stroll to the coffee shop (located in the grocery store, QFC). Secure underground parking. Elevators to one’s’ room. Exceptionally quiet noise-cancelling windows. We literally had Jack hammering done by a new construction crew on the street .*AND* Highway 99 road noise but no noise was heard in the room! We were amazed once we walked out the front door and were greeted by beeping heavy equipment! Convenient access to Interstate 5. Exceptionally nice bedding (I loved the comforter). Temperature was easy to control. Effective, too.

Very good location of the hotel, near the Space Needle, the breakfast was good and meals were changing every day.

Great breakfast buffet. Very quiet and comfortable rooms, also very spacious. Particularly enjoyed having a kitchenette in the room. Convenient location.
