Staff were very friendly and helpful. We arrived early and asked to leave out bags but we’re told our room was ready and we could go straight in. We had also had one bag delayed at the airport which was to be delivered to us that night.As we had been travelling overnight the staff took our bag in for us so we could sleep without being disturbed. Very much appreciated!

This was one of the nicest hotel stays I had. I arrived very early in the morning (before the reception was manned, many hours before check in time) and still they let in to the lobby where I has access to a nice place to sit, work, have coffee etc. Then the person in charge came in (Nico) and he was super nice. They managed to get me to the room ahead of time (which was a blessing since I was very tired from a long flight, and the room was super nice. The entire stay was really like a home away from home. Location is in a nice neighborhood which for me was close to where I needed to go. I travel often and this is definitely one place I'd be very happy to revisit.

The property was very modern and clean. Every single detail was perfect. The architecture, the furniture, the art work/paintings on the wall even the smell of the hotel was nice. The staff were absolutely amazing. Every single staff member went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. The door staff who stood outside the hotel lobby day and night always made sure to open and close the hotel doors as you enter/exit. Such a nice touch. Even the bakery/cafe was perfect. We didn’t get time to experience the bar on our trip but even that looked fantastic. Can’t wait to come back!!
