I had to book an additional day and the Reception staff made sure I could check in as soon as possible, stay in the same room both nights, and just went the extra mile to make everything feel taken care of. Plus the room is spectacular, very well renovated, with a kitchenette and plenty of space for morning cardio. Also the restaurant is pretty good.

i loved my room!!! it was great, super spacious and comfortable. Bathroom with amenities of very good quality. The room had a relaxing atmosphere which gave me the piece of mind I needed. I loved the location, the staff were amazing Richard the manager and Soncheree we exceptional. Also Imani helped me get around before I had a wheelchair. I had a bad fall and had to use a wheelchair for the rest of my trip. They ensured I had everything I needed and moved me to a wheelchair accessible room. Super impressed by their excellent level of service.

I liked the central location ,front desk very cool, apartment was big with everything. Only You will have to get your salt,oil etc to cook. I loved the 5 days stay and unexpectedly friendly staff in America. As Newyork was so rude and bad.
