The rates are very good and it’s in a really nice neighbourhood,with plenty of restaurants, supermarket & pharmacy around the corner. Bus stop (52) right on the corner. 10 minute walk to Metro. This is a small, older hotel, but I found the rooms were very clean, beds and linen were great. My room had 2 double beds, bathtub & toiletries supplied. Tea/coffee and microwave available in reception as well as ice. Staff were helpful. I can’t fault it really. Not 5 star, but if don’t want to pay a fortune, this is a great option.

This hotel is conveniently located at the corner of 13th Street and M Street, less than 10 minutes’ walk from Washington Convention Center and the Verizon Center. It features a fitness centre.
