Loved the hotel and its concept. Modern, comfortable rooms. Lights, shades and even housekeeping can be controlled by a tablet in the room. Very close to the metro station. The room was quiet and clean. Staff was friendly and overall just a really good vibe.

Located in campus of Gallaudet University, the hotel is located in an area listed in the National Register of Historic Places, with architecture dating back to the early 1800’s and beautiful grounds.

The room was spacious, and the mattresses and pillows were all clean and like new. The most important thing for me was the carpet. It was almost like new, spotless. The bathroom was super clean and spacious, and there was a walk-in shower, which is so hard to find in hotels.

The hotel was very nice and well located — there was a supermarket, a CVS, and a 7-Eleven just steps away, which is a big plus for travelers who might need to pick up snacks or essentials. In my case, I had a $30 breakfast credit, which was excellent. There were also nearby options, like a Starbucks just a few blocks away. I’m not sure if all guests get the breakfast credit, so I’d just mention that it was a perk in my booking. Either way, it added to a nice experience. The location was also convenient — you could walk to most of the main tourist spots without it being too far, and if you preferred to take an Uber, the rides were short and affordable.

Room was big and comfortable. There was extra space for work. Staff was really helpful. There was parking place for my car. Hotel is not far from metro station. I am not sure what was the event on the day we have arrived but we received free dinner.
