The location was great, quite close to the Placa del Indepencia and old town. Lorena was great host, speaking very good English, very helpful, advising many things. Beds was very comfortable, kitchen fully equipped. Bathroom was big enough and clean. Several supermarkets in neighborhood. There is a guard at the basement floor, so the appartment is very safe. Avenida 18 Julio is quite close. It and surrounding streets are very alive in the evening. We arrived from Tres Cruces bus terminal and used bus 143 (quite close to the appartment). Hint: later we found it was not very regular (30 min), so we found much better bus 180 in Av 18 Julio. Generally we really enjoyed our 3 days stay in Montevideo.

Great place in the center,perfectly located with easy access.Nice rooms with comfy beds.
I would like to mention that Staff is really nice one of the nicest group I’ve ever seen.They are speaking English very good and always helpful. They let me to leave my big luggage in hotel during my 3-day trip to Argentina,really appreciate that so I don’t have to carry my 30 kg case all around South America.
I will definitely come back again and it was my pleasure.

Because I injured my back the first day, I spent most of my time in my hotel room. The room and hotel were clean and comfortable. The bed, lighting, heating, and hot water in the bathroom were excellent. They asked about cleaning and dinner every day. The room was cleaned whenever I requested. Breakfast was great! The staff was friendly and helpful. I was able to walk to nearby historical sites and parks without getting tired. This is definitely a hotel to choose for your trip to Montevideo. I highly recommend it!
