Our experience at this 4-star hotel was outstanding from start to finish. We were welcomed by Elisa at reception, who treated us with warmth, professionalism, and genuine care. Every small issue was resolved immediately, and the entire team delivered an impeccable level of customer service. The hotel isn’t the cheapest option, but it’s absolutely worth every penny for the quality, location, and comfort. Our room had a beautiful river view, and we truly felt looked after throughout the stay. A fully deserved 10/10 to all the staff. Highly recommended.

This hotel is perfect! Location, decor, staff and service! The rooms are amazingly clean and beautifully decorated. Our room faced the beach, and the window was huge! So we enjoyed that very much. Upon arrival, they gave us vouchers for free drinks at the bar, which we used to have some very delicious gin & tonics! I would definitely stay here again!

The staff was great , we had an early flight and they prepare a breakfast to go for us . Also we ordered room service when we arrived and the food was delicious .

Everything perfect- The people working there giving us a lot of great advices; the common areas indoor and outdoor are very comfortable and we enjoyed them a lot. We had a lot of fun! Fantastic apartment in a perfect location! Very modern and well designed. The bedroom was very quiet for a great night's sleep. Location was very convenient, next to several great restaurants, grocery store and shopping mall. Check-in, communication with the host, and all interactions were very smooth. Would definitely stay here again when visiting Montevideo.
