The boat itself was one of the nicest in the bay (if not the nicest). The first time you open the courtains, you are blown away by the view. The crew is absurdly attentive and helpful. The amount of food available is just obscene (especially during the daytrips). The activities are well recommended (Cat Ba is definitely worth seeing). I think the best option is a 2 night cruise - attend the daytrip on day 2 and stay onboard on day 3. Thank me later :)

Absolutely fabulous! This was the best seafood we have ever eaten, always incredibly fresh. We even watched the fishermen unload their catch from the boat each day, which made the experience feel so authentic.
Don’t hesitate to book two nights and three days; it is absolutely worth it!
Our guide, Quang, made the trip even more special. He explained every detail with passion and joined us for all the activities, fishing, hiking, biking, and kayaking. His presence truly enhanced the whole experience.
It’s true that the boat is pretty quiet, playing karaoke only until 10 PM, which actually adds to the charm and doesn’t disturb the peaceful atmosphere.
Overall, it was an amazing trip — unforgettable from start to finish!

Spacious rooms. Very very comfortable beds. Loved the deep bathtub next to the window. Private balcony was fabulous. Staff were fantastic, especially Kim and Andrew who were very friendly and attentive to the whole family. Kayaking was peaceful around the bay. Breathtaking views from the top deck. Overall, it was a very well organised cruise.

The whole trip was simply wonderful! The cabin was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable — everything was thoughtfully prepared. The boat was well-maintained, creating a calm and cozy atmosphere throughout the journey.
But the highest praise goes to the amazing crew. They were truly exceptional – attentive, kind, and professional. It felt as if they could sense every guest’s wishes before anyone even spoke. Their care and understanding were beyond expectations – the level of service was absolutely top-class.
I also loved the extra activities that made the trip even more memorable:
🍳 a fun Vietnamese cooking experience where we learned to prepare traditional dishes together with the kitchen team,
🐙 and night squid fishing, which turned into a joyful, shared adventure under the stars.
What touched me the most was how the staff who introduced the food also shared their personal stories – about their families, traditions, and how proud they are of their country. It was heartwarming to see how sincerely they enjoyed sharing their culture and experiences with guests.
This cruise wasn’t just a journey – it was a truly emotional and authentic experience.

Rooms were excellent and staff was friendly. Very comfortable beds and the hotel arranges transport for you to your cruise. The hotel is in a beautiful street in a calm and family orientated area. The restaurant was lovely with both vietnamese and western dishes on the menu.
