Amazing breakfast included, The Pho and Egg Benedict were the best. Staff was very friendly and gave us a warm welcome. Room was very clean.
The associated rooftop bar has great cocktails and atmosphere, definitely worth a visit. Spa was also great.
Many important sites are visitable by foot in ~30 minutes (or faster depending how brave you are with crossing streets).

The hotel and staff was really nice, with a pub downstairs with nice food if you don't want to look around too much when you arrive. They also opened the rooftop just before Tet, the view of the whole city during the firework was awesome :)
