Comfortable bed and good Wi-Fi which is a lot more than can be said for other places I stayed at in Hanoi the area is good and there are restaurants nearby you can easily get to everything that is worth seeing I can recommend this place 100%, the only regret I have is that I didn't book it for longer

During my recent trip, I had a truly memorable experience at the hotel. From the very first moment of arrival, I felt the warm welcome and professional hospitality from the entire team. The room was tidy, clean, and well-equipped, giving us a sense of comfort just like home. Every morning, we enjoyed a delicious breakfast with a wide variety of options, from local specialties to international dishes, all carefully prepared and thoughtfully served. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Nick – a very enthusiastic and dedicated staff member. Not only did he support us throughout our stay, but he also gave us excellent recommendations for a 3-day 2-night trip on a luxury 5-star cruise. That journey was truly unforgettable, offering my family and me many wonderful moments. The service on the cruise, the quality of the cabin, and the well-organized activities all exceeded our expectations. The professionalism and dedication of the entire hotel team, along with Nick’s outstanding assistance, left a lasting impression on me. This hotel truly knows how to create a perfect stay. I will definitely return on my next visit and will be more than happy to recommend this wonderful place to my friends and family.
