I was truly impressed with the hotel’s tour consultation service. From the moment we checked in, the front desk staff warmly introduced us to several sightseeing options that perfectly matched our schedule and preferences. They clearly explained the itinerary, pricing, and transportation details, making it easy for us to make the best decision. Most importantly, they arranged a full package tour to Ha Long Bay and Ninh Binh at a very reasonable price, including convenient pick-up and drop-off right at the hotel. Thanks to their professional and thoughtful advice, we had an amazing experience and saved a lot of time searching for tours on our own. This service was definitely a huge plus, making our entire trip smooth, enjoyable, and memorable. She was always available and quick to answer to any inquiries, very customer oriented, problem solving figure and high professionalism.
Even though some things didn't work 100% as supposed and even though it wasn't her fault or her hotel, she offered right away to solve it.
She has been an intermidiary for us in organizing some trips with high results and sattisfaction.
Beside this the room was nice, veey clean and quiet and had the biggest bed I have ever seen (really enormous).
