I was truly impressed with the hotel’s tour consultation service. From the moment we checked in, the front desk staff warmly introduced us to several sightseeing options that perfectly matched our schedule and preferences. They clearly explained the itinerary, pricing, and transportation details, making it easy for us to make the best decision. Most importantly, they arranged a full package tour to Ha Long Bay and Ninh Binh at a very reasonable price, including convenient pick-up and drop-off right at the hotel.
