Beautiful hotel, highly recommend. The staff couldn't be more welcoming and helpful. Rooms are great,very clean, fabulous breakfast. The location is spot on. We walked from the hotel to various places. So if you are planning to stay in Hanoi, it's a great hotel to stay in.

Overall really nice place and family business, well located right next to the Train Street. The staff was extremely kind, polite, and helpful. Bed was nice and comfy, apartment had all the essentials, minibar was well equipped and fairly priced. Breakfast was excellent.

I liked everything about this hotel! I stayed for 5 nights. The staff is friendly, the hotel is beautiful and my room was very comfortable. And very important to me personally: it is quiet! So I was able to get a good night sleep. I would recommend this place to everyone.

This is my second time staying here. I returned because the first experience was excellent. This time, they exceeded my hope. I am surprised how new the facility looks, although they have been in the business for many years. It seems like after the years, the hotel has improved a lot in service quality. They are clear and transparent in explaining beforehand my out-of-pocket expenses and any add-on that I might consider using such as airport rides. Breakfast options are top notch. I particularly enjoy the short walks to the Temple of Literature (5 mins) and the Old Quarter (15 mins) from this spot. It is close enough but also out of the way from traffic jams and congestions around Hanoi's hot spots.
