There was no breakfast as part of the deal but I think I still got great value for money. The apartment was accessible by lift (it opened up directly to our apartment). Came with 2 bathrooms (one shared with the master bedroom and another common bathroom). Does not have a bathtub but that's okay. The water is hot when needed considering it was rather cold when we visited Hanoi. There were some flies around but it was not overly irritating. The apartment comes with a dishwasher and crockery and cutleries so you can order in food and consume them comfortably. Also, the stove (induction cooking), microwave oven and spacious refrigerator makes it excellent to prepare simple meals. Oh there are no utensils apart from a handful of pots and pans.
The washer-slash-dryer is very useful if you're staying for an extended duration so there's no need to bring too many clothes. Just an overnight run with the machine sets you for the rest of the trip.
Using the TV was a bit of a challenge as the default language was set to Vietnamese. So we did not watch much TV. There's no safe in the room so you may have to bring your valuables with you when you walk around.

The room is exactly as per the pictures - it’s clean, proper and welcoming to stay. Absolutely love the comfort of the bed - also, for those who fret the heat - you have two aircon vents by your bed. Close by the hotel, there are also plenty of restaurants.
Furthermore, the staff were very responsive over booking.com chat. I appreciate all the help and recommendations provided.

A homestay tucked away on a quiet little street, not far from the center, with plenty of places to eat nearby.
Cute decorated rooms where you instantly feel at ease.
Daisy and her staff were lovely from the beginning to the end of my stay, going above and beyond to make me feel at home.
When I had an injury, Daisy was really kind to me by buying me a meal and ensuring I was on the mend.
If you're a cat lover, you'll absolutely adore staying here.
In short, an unforgettable experience that I recommend at 100%.
