We had dinner twice at the Sky Bar (the Pho and noodles were amazing—highly recommended!). The Sky Bar is also a fantastic spot to unwind in the evening. If you enjoy massages, I highly recommend trying the ones offered at the hotel—both the full-body and foot massage are unbelievably good!

I have to specifically praise Lyn, she has helped us so much. Because of the flood in Hue and Hoi an, we had to cut that part out and extend our stay in Hanoi. She went out of her way to help us look for a stay (as their place was already fully booked). She also recommended what we could do in those extra days in Hanoi. I just can't thank her enough.

Got free upgrade to the more expensive room. Nice stay at very good location. Friendly helpful staffs helped to book trip to Ninh Binh at good price, arranged a taxi to the airport at last minutes. Happy to recommend this place

The staff was absolutely the highlight of this place. Sooooo kind and wonderful and helpful! They really took care of us. Location was perfect but the rooms are definitely not sound proofed and the bathrooms could use a reno haha. But those 2 things compared to the good stuff doesn't hold up.
