Wonderful stay – highly recommended! I had an excellent experience at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly, professional, and always ready to help with anything I needed. Their warm hospitality really made a difference during my stay. The location is perfect — central enough to reach all the main attractions easily, but also in a quiet area, which made it easy to relax after a busy day. The room was spotlessly clean and well-maintained. You could really tell that cleanliness is a top priority here. The housekeeping team did a fantastic job every day. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations in every way — comfortable, clean, safe, and with top-notch service. I will definitely be coming back and recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

The hotel staff were all very friendly, polite and helpful. The room was well-kept, clean and comfortable. It is important to note that the hotel is located in the old town, a very busy area with many bars and nightclubs. Therefore, it is important to note that, due to its location, there will be noise at night.

LOVED EVERYTHING! The location was within walking distance of top rated restos, night market, beer street, etc. The hotel is pretty new so all the facilities had that "newness" feel to it. The attention to detail from the hotel artwork to the breakfast buffet and all the way to the service was superb. Our room was so pretty! I was afraid it would be noisy since we booked a room with a balcony. But none of the noise could be heard from our room. One of our tour morning, my son did not wake up on time. I asked the staff at the breakfast buffet if I could bring a slice of bread for my son and instead, she prepared a bread box with some sliced ham plus coffee to go. Thanked her profusely. The hotel manager, Mr. Du Ngo. also gave us so many tips. And helped us with our luggage since our flight was still midnight. Since cars are not.allowed in the area during weekend nights, he and his staff booked us a cab from a drop off point 3 mins away from the hotel, escorted us all the way to the drop off point lugging around our luggage.
