Hotel is very new. Top of class cleanliness. Bed and pillows are very comfortable, was able to sleep very well.
Excellent customer service. They kindly kept our luggages after we checked out so we could still have our afternoon tour. They also kindly let us use the shower and other amenities for free even after our tour and just before going to the airport.
Location is walking distance to shops and restaurants. A good leisurely walk going to Hoàn Kiem lake.
Very good value for money. Close to luxurious experience for a fraction of the price. Will definitely recommend to friends who plan to stay in Hanoi.

All the staff were very accommodating. We arrive late from sleeper bus, but they check in us and assisted us for our early check out. They even prepare us a packed breakfast to go.
