It trumps for its location. Walking distance to the Haon Kiem lake which decks up on weeeknd nights making it a pedestrian only zone. One must not miss out on the lovely bar on the 10th floor. The bartender Michael speaks fluent English and takes great care and makes lovely cocktails which are priced reasonably compared to the bars outside. Very comfortable stay and polite, courteous staff.

This hotel is perfect, it's super clean (rare for Hanoi) and the staff is really friendly. Late check-in at the middle of the night was no problem. Nice transportation to the airport also, AC big car with water bottles. No problem to leave our bags with them for a week, without extra cost.

The staff here is another level. They are so warm and helpful. We got upgraded to a bigger room, which was really spacious. The location is perfect, just near the lake, making it ideal for exploring the old quarter. We stayed in different places while in Vietnam, and here we had by far the best breakfast. It is very varied. You have many choices of viennoisseries, egg styles, fruits and hot dishes. I also had a drink at the rooftop bar, which was really good. Thanks to Susan for making our last stop in Vietnam memorable.

The location is pretty central. The front office staff was helpful on recommending things to do around the Old Quarter and city centre. They also helped me to booked airport transfer and it was reasonably priced. The hotel very accommodative by allowing me to checked in early without additional charges even though I arrived few hours before the check in time.
The breakfast was great and great variety of food. The room was clean and quite spacious. The air conditioner can be adjusted. Hot water pressure was good.
