Clean, stylish and well furnished unit.
Good location near Hoan Kiem lake, restaurants, and tourist attractions.
Everything is within walking distance.
Breakfast was tasty with lots of variety. Vietnamese and Asian breakfast as well as Western foods.
Friendly, accommodating staff.
Rooms were cleaned properly and to a high degree of cleanliness.

Our stay at Eliana Premio was amazing. Want to personally thank Mia, Lovy, Phuong Anh, Tham, Vivian, Tom, Aika, Nghia for taking care of all our needs and answering all of our questions patiently. The place is very clean, has amazing breakfast and the location is in the heart of Old Quarter. Would 100% recommend this place for your stay in Hanoi.

The staff service was exceptional from the moment our transportation arrived outside on the street! Anna and the morning team were so welcoming to get us checked in and give up pointers as we went out to explore. Emma was in contact with me before my arrival and she was so helpful and upon meeting with her in the evening, it was like meeting up with a friend! Besides the service, the lodging is clean, comfortable and cozy while the breakfast is delicious! The entire service here is what made us decide to cancel our future booking at another hotel to come back and stay here soon! Looking forward to returning and staying here again soon!
