A 5* hotel as it should be: beautiful, clean and well equipped room and all the premises. Tasty breakfasts which were slightly changed every day. Staff was extremely friendly and all of them speak very very good English, which is not usual in Vietnam. Great roof top swimming pool, big gym, nice garden around the hotel.
I have tried many hotels at this district - Oakwood is the best value for money and I will definitely stay again. I loved it!

Adam at the reception was so welcoming, helpful and friendly! The breakfast was amazing!! Also the best service we had in 3 weeks Vietnam, in 8 other high end hotels. We also returned to elegant suites after a cruise in Halong. We usually never book a hotel for the second time.

We arrived late in this cottage and we've been upgraded to a better room for free. May also cook some food for us to complete our instant noodles !
Everything was clean and tidy. The room has heater and insulated curtains and I think it was the best bathroom we had in Vietnam so far..
We will come back for sure, highly recommend it 🙏
