I had a wonderful stay at this hotel with its excellent lakeside location. The staff was exceptional, and getting around was convenient with nearby bus stops. The pool and sauna were great amenities. What impressed me the most was the flexibility of paying later, and the breakfast service was top-notch; I even left a tip for the deserving staff. they give free electric bike and in room have free washing machines to wash clothes which is very rare, being traveler since 2015 i never see this type of services.

The colonial-style decor of the room was very pleasant, and the bed and pillows were extremely comfortable, which was greatly appreciated after a long day in the city. The location is perfect, close to Hue’s nightlife street with plenty of restaurants and cafés. Special mention goes to our host Hièn for her outstanding attention and help—definitely the best part of the homestay. She gave us many recommendations and even helped us arrange a driver to take us to our next destination, Hoi An, always attentive to our needs.

The apartment does benefit with kitchen, washing machine (dryer is also available), market close by and the huge mall in a walking distance. As well has good soudproof. Yes, bathroom should be refurbished a bit, but it haven't bothered us at all. Location is a bit far from the city, but closer to the airport. Win win.

The Urban Westlake Apartment is really convenient place to stay in Hanoi. The Staffs and owner are super kind. I stayed on 1st June till 4th of June got unforgettable experience. The room is clean and the location also restrategic. Really recommend to choose if you visit Hanoi.

Calm and peaceful.
The room was so big, with a balcony and a magnificent view of the city/lake/pool!
We were upgraded to a one bedroom appartement with bath and shower. Thank you again for this.
The staff are smiling, professional and helpful.
Very good breakfast with lots of options.
Facilities, pool table, swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, steam room and full gym.
Some good restaurants and bars within walking distance.
We had a couple of spa appointments, special mention to Quin, my partner particularly enjoyed time with her.
