I love the vibe there. The girl at the reception is so lovely, she let me check in early without question, no extra fee. And she really make sure the guest feel comfortable and have everything they need. The cats are adorable, friendly. The dog is also cute, like to play. Each floor has a working area with spacey desk, good light and chair. They even have a big standing mirror in front of the lady dorm. What a thoughtful host! There is one common kitchen on the 3rd floor that you can use, with big frigde,stove, cooking utensils and a sink. Oh and they provide yummy breakfast. Love it!

I loved being within walking distance of lively Thao Dien Street food stalls by day and retreating to tranquil rooftop drinks by night. My studio included a compact dining nook where I tried the nightly takeaway bánh mì, and the pool deck’s mood lighting made evening swims feel exclusive. The only slight downside: the elevator sometimes took an extra minute during peak hours, which felt long when I was late for a dinner reservation. Taking the stairs was a good backup—and offered glimpses of the building’s quiet garden on each floor.

So great! Lovely boutique hotel in a beautiful old building. In a back street so its really quiet (important in a loud city). There is no elevator but the staff were so helpful in carrying bags. The staff were incredibly helpful and professional. An was amazing and so attentive. The breakfast was huge and delicious and the coffee was excellent, beyond expectations! The area is cool, lots of local food as well as a thriving Japanese community. Thank you for a great stay, I will be back 🫶
