Ck the host is just amazing, always ready to go an extra mile to help. There's a rooftop where you can go smoke and do + hang your laundry for free. Room small but so cozy and very neat and chill vibe. I loved it

First of all: the lovely owner. She is great and takes care for her guests. She once was worried because we came late from a Tour and texted us if everything is ok.
The location is very central but quiet enough. Nearby are some good restaurants.
The rooms are small but absolutely enough. And ... not easy to find in Ho Chi Minh City . . have a Window.
So thank you. It was great!

Overall excellent. Comfy bed. Good functioning AC. Good functioning bathroom. A MINI FRIDGE!!! Excellent location close to the party streets, but not so close that you're unable to sleep due to the noise. Also close to a 7-11 (which you can shop more heavily at thanks to the mini fridge). Also close to a good Banh Mi restaurant, a nice park, and several other cool spots. Friendly staff. Would definitely recommend to others and stay here next time.

For this price I did not expect so much quality and attention, but it is really like a fancy hotel. At first, I only booked one night since it is a new hotel with not many reviews, but honestly it feels almost the same as a more expensive place. The staff were so friendly, remembered my name and always asked if I was comfortable. It was really a wonderful and lucky experience to find this hotel.

Our group of 10 is more than willing to give 10/10 for our stay in this town house! It’s close to all the famous destinations we wanted to visit, yet still very quiet.
The house is in a small alley, just a few steps from where the taxi drops you off. There’s a living room to relax, a kitchen to cook – super convenient for groups staying longer who might not be used to local food. The beds were comfortable, and they also provided essentials like shampoo, shower gel, toothbrush, etc. A nice bonus was the iron. I was a bit worried about wrinkled clothes, so it was really helpful.
The staff were nice and extremely supportive throughout our stay. Highly recommend!
