This hotel has an amazing owner who truly went above and beyond for us during our stay. From the moment we arrived, she was attentive and genuinely concerned for our wellbeing. When we mentioned that one of us wasn't feeling well, she immediately offered to help us get to the hospital. Her compassionate and caring nature made a stressful situation much easier to handle. The owner's exceptional customer service and willingness to assist us in our time of need is a testament to her character and the high standards she upholds for her hotel.
