The room was nice and clean. The staff were very friendly, especially Minnie! The rooftop bar was amaaazing to watch the sunset with a cocktail. Location was great, nearby everything.

This hotel is a gem and I am planning to comeback to Saigon just to stay longer in this hotel. First, let me start with the welcome drink. I do not know what was it! I can't explain it but the welcome drink was amazing. The staff was very helpful. The room was extremely clean. I almost forgot the breakfast. OMG. It was superb. Fresh sushi, croissants, eggs benedicts were so tasty. The passion fruit juice was just wahoo.

Incredible place everything you need. Pool was nice loved the loungers that sat in the water. Gym was excellent. We stayed in a family suite and it was perfect. Nice and clean big comfy beds. Staff were very lovely!

The Mai House Saigon was our favorite hotel in Vietnam (and in South East Asia actually). The rooms are nice and classy, they provide luxury condiments and super-comfy large beds. The staff is very attentive and friendly. The location is great, you can reach all famous sights easly by walking. The restaurant is just extraordinary. Breakfast is an absolute feast with everything you could ask for. We also had the new years dinner which was just out of this world. Pure decadency.

The place is beautiful, the design is wonderful, room was big and well set out. Hot tub on the balcony was a great bonus. Non alcoholic drinks in the minibar are complimentary, there is coffee and tea and complimentary mineral water and fruits. The staff is very welcoming, they provide help with everything. Restaurant had great service and food. Loved the high tea (complimentary). We used pool daily and also used the spa facilities and everything was great. From the booking process and communication, from arrival onwards this was one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. Would definitely recommend.
