Basically everything: the warm welcoming, the intimate pool, the spacious room and the position, very close to the city center but perfectly off the busiest zone, in a calm neighborhood. All the requests we had (scooter rental, boat tickets to Cham islands, problem with the phone sim card etc) were immediately satisfied with much kindness. I imagine there are other great places in town as the competition is fierce, but the quality/price ratio was great.

Warm, friendly staff, great location, beautiful property, comfortable room, quick laundry service, delicious breakfast and they catered to vegetarians - they remembered that I was vegetarian at breakfast (from check in the day before) and prepared special dishes for me, they kept our luggage after check out so we could walk around the town a bit longer. It was just perfect!

A nice hostel in a great location a few minute walk from the old town and lots of great food spots and stores. Our group of 3 booked one private room and a female dorm bed and both were nice. The private room had a little balcony, kettle, minifridge and bath robes with toiletries. Some work on the walls should be done, pieces were falling off around the door but overall nice and comfy. There were two bathrooms in the dorm which is awesome and courtains on the bed. Lockers available but you need your own lock (or borrow? Not sure, didn't need it). The staff is all sweet and helpful, we talked to Lyly, Nunu and Lita and they all gave us great local tips and made sure all was ok. There's a drinking water filter and breakfast was always nice. Bar on site but it didn't get loud which is sweet. Bike and motorcycle rental are convenient.

A very great place to stay, everything was clean and tidy. The hosts were very friendly and would have fulfilled your every wish. The breakfast was also very tasty.

It's a beautiful hotel. There's shuttle bus to Hoi An old town which is very convenient. The spa is amazing. The staffs are really helpful and friendly.
