The homestay was located in very central area and safe neighbourhood near Hoi An ancient town. The staff was extremely nice and friendly and they made us feel at home. Breakfast was very very good. Room was clean with good sized bathroom and well-equipped facilities. Highly recommend the place for future guests

Beautiful beach hostel, very short walk to the beach and lots of cafés, mart, massage etc. closeby. Very calm and peaceful - and this is exactly what seems to attract people. Not a very social hostel - which was okay for me, since I came to relax after some very social days in the city centre. I had booked a private room which was, because of unavailability, upgraded to a huge, lovely family room with a super beautiful bathroom (even with a bathtub and a tree (!) in the shower. I spent another night in the dorm which was clean, comfy and quiet. Breakfast in a nearby café. Staff at the hostel was lovely and helped organize everything. Would definitely stay again!

The location was PERFECT- just by the old town, but in a quiet corner. The staff were very friendly and helpful, they assisted us with laundry (same day service) and with scooter rental (180k). Em also shared loads of great recommendations for restaurants nearby.

Everything was fantastic at the property. I couldn’t fault it. The breakfast options were great, the pool was a great size and the gym had everything you could need. Quite close to town and bikes to use at the property.

We spent a wonderful time in this resort with our 2 kids. Luxurious, very clean very comfortable. Beautiful garden with very nice swimming pools. The hotel personnel were absolutely sweet and kind, and at our service at any time. The restaurant allowed us to eat locally which was helpful with the kids. The hotel offered free shuffle to the old town. So great Thank you for the great stay

This property really is a ‘charming’ hotel. It full of colour and beautifully decorated, extremely clean and the staff in particular are noteworthy as they pay keen attention to you from the moment you enter. Ms Thao as soon as I arrived helped figure out my plans for Hoi An based on our preferred activities and quickly arranged everything. For me this was extremely helpful as I was only in Hoi An for a very few days and wanted to make the most of my time. The staff will check in with you daily on the room condition, any issues that need to be addressed. They were not at all overbearing might I add- it’s just a really helpful way they have to make sure guests are ok. You also get treats when you check out ☺️. The breakfast is the best spread for a hotel of this range in Vietnam that I have had and for this price. The rooms and bathrooms are spacious and my room was exactly as indicated in the pictures on the site and booking.com. Had an excellent pedicure at the spa. They have a well equipped gym and a lovely pool and quiet space which again is a huge plus point! There are also bicycles to use available for free. Additionally to note the location of the hotel is in a quieter part of the town away from the immediate hustle and bustle, but all the action can be accessed with a safe and easy 3-5 minute walk.
