I just loved everything about the hostel. It felt really like a home. The staff was always so kind and lovely. Everything was clean and decorated with love. The staff came every morning/ evening, did your bed and put the Moskito net up/ down. I just felt so carried. Also the breakfast was so delicious. I would definitely come back! To be honest, this is the best experience I ever had. The breakfast is the best I had ever, on par with big brands like IHG Intercontinental or Hilton. The location is perfect, you can spend the day between the beach and the pool, the restaurants are wonderful, the beach bar is convenient. The staff is very friendly and helpful. To visit hoi an, stay at palm garden and just use the shuttle bus or use the grab app, don't book a hotel in the city.

My husband and I enjoyed the location as it was close to the beach , it had a lovely pool area .
We hired scooters and drove into Da nang to see the Lady Budha statue.
We also drove into the Hoi An river side to eat and enjoy the sites along the river. The staff were excellent and friendly Lily the front reception lady was so helpful and kind, arranging our transfer to the airport.

Ngoc An Bang Villa was our favourite place to stay of our whole trip! The room was fresh and spacious, the location was perfect (5 min walk An Bang Beach, Hoi An with bicycle or Grab, Da Nang with motorbike) but above all we loved the staff! We had great chats with Thuy, a lot of recommendations, the best breakfast (Cao Lau the best we had!) and she and her aunt thought about everything to make our stay as pleasant as possible. We didn’t want to leave! Don’t hesitate, this is a place you want to stay if you are travelling to Hoi An!

Everything from the facilities to the location and hosts were incredible. Amazingly friendly staff that can give you so much advice. I’d really recommend to anyone that is looking at visiting Hoi An to stay near An Bang Beach instead. Not as crazy busy with plenty to do in the area and only 10mins away from Hoi An. Oh and the owners have the cutest dogs in the world!!!

We liked everything. Ideal location next to the sea and 10 minutes by taxi to the old town. Beautiful courtyard, spacious and comfortable room, good breakfast, great SPA, free laundry and free bikes. And most importantly, the care and attention of the staff.
