I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The location was just right—close enough to explore easily but still quiet enough to feel like a retreat. The rooms were super clean and cozy, making it easy to relax after a day out.
What really made this place special, though, was the staff. Everyone was so kind and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. A huge thank you to Kevin and the lovely managing lady with short black hair (I feel bad for forgetting her name, but she was wonderful!). Their warmth and hospitality truly made me feel at home.
The breakfast was delicious, with plenty of fresh and tasty choices to start the day. And I have to mention the pool and garden—they were just perfect. So peaceful and cozy.
If you're visiting Hoi An, I can’t recommend this place enough. I’ll definitely be back!

Ngoc An Bang Villa was our favourite place to stay of our whole trip! The room was fresh and spacious, the location was perfect (5 min walk An Bang Beach, Hoi An with bicycle or Grab, Da Nang with motorbike) but above all we loved the staff! We had great chats with Thuy, a lot of recommendations, the best breakfast (Cao Lau the best we had!) and she and her aunt thought about everything to make our stay as pleasant as possible. We didn’t want to leave! Don’t hesitate, this is a place you want to stay if you are travelling to Hoi An!

We just love this place!❤️ Mostly due to the owner Linh and her husband and family, but also due to the location in A Bang Beach.
It’s perfect to stay a bit outside Hoi An and be able to spend time at the beach and then when you feel for it you can go to The Old Quarters of Hoi An. It’s a 10 minutes ride by 🚘 or 🏍️ to town.
In A Bang, near the hotel there’s a lot of restaurants to choose from. One of our favorites is Ken’s vegetarian restaurant! You have to try, even if you’re not Vegan! For lunch we went to Phuong Beach Restaurant and had delicious food. A recommendation is to have the Avocado Smoothie!
The beach is beautiful, although not for snorkeling, cause there are a lot of waves and most of the days quite windy, when we were there!
Now to the most important! Linh is the best person and the kindest hostess you can think of! She does everything to make you feel comfortable and we liked speaking to here about a lot of things.
She’s not just a hotel owner, she’s become a friend! ❤️

Cozy homestay in an excellent location, right next to the beach. City center is easily reachable with grab. Coffee places/ pools/ yoga is all available in a short walking distance. Staff is super friendly, coffee and water available for free.
