Perfect location between the Old Town and the beach in a quiet neighbourhood, both location easily reachable either by bike or Grab.
Fantastic breakfast buffet and nice pool area.
The staff at the reception was extreme friendly and helpful, they took do much time go explain everything and gave us the right names of tailors and restaurants.

We were 3 people and got a triple/family room. It was very spacious, with enough place for unpacking all the suitcases and even had a sofa. Cleanliness was excellent, as was the huge bathroom! Abundant breakfast; we especially liked the fruit selection and the daily breakfast menu (different local noodles). The staff were very friendly and helpful, careful and accommodating. Communication was great, quick responses per WhatsApp.
We arrived on the 18.11.2025, and checked with the hotel in advance - the roads from Da Nang airport, as well as the streets in the area of the hotel, were all okay.
Despite the rain and recent flooding, there was still enough to do and experience in (and around) Hoi An.

If you go to Hoi An i would highly recommend you this hotel. Aside for the fair price per night, the included breakfast is really nice, the room is clean and with a lot of light thanks to the balcony. The distance to the center is close enough to go walking and is way nicer to stay a bit away from the center due to the noise, people and traffic. They also offer free bicycles with the rice fields just next to the hotel. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful and speak good english.
We had read about a lot of hotel scams in vietnam (fake reviews) so we want underline that our review is 100% real and what we experienced.

It is a great location, quiet and not too far from the old town. From the hotel, it's easy to go everywhere, like Hoi An Memories show, the old town, the rice field, and the beach by bike or car.
The breakfast is decent, and the staff is helpful and friendly. We had six wonderful days in Hoi An.
