From the moment we checked in we felt appreciated and warmly welcomed. The staff were so sweet and helpful, they gave us lots of tips on what to do/see, which tailors to use etc. Our room was very comfortable and spacious, such good value! We enjoyed the pool and gym, and absolutely love the fact that they lend out free bicycles! Best way to get around Hoi An! Breakfast was very good and varied. They had something for everyone. I especially enjoyed starting the day with noodle soup! I might swap my usual Scandinavian breakfast for this when I return home. Hotel is close to the town, about 5 min bicycle ride, and not too far from the beach. The ride out to the beach is beautiful too, you go through a rice field where you can see water buffalows and cows :) If you decide to go to the beach borrowing beach towels is no problem. We had an early morning departure, so they packed breakfast to go for us. We loved every minute of our stay! Would definitely stay there again if we go back. Thank you so much! <3

Our stay in Little Town Villa could not have been more delightful. The staff were all wonderful and helpful and smiling. Our room was spacious and kept very clean. Towels were changed every day and we were given new water every day. I really enjoyed the extensive collection of bonsai around the hotel.

Perfect location between the Old Town and the beach in a quiet neighbourhood, both location easily reachable either by bike or Grab.
Fantastic breakfast buffet and nice pool area.
The staff at the reception was extreme friendly and helpful, they took do much time go explain everything and gave us the right names of tailors and restaurants.

I would recommend it a thousand times. The service was spectacular. All the staff, especially Nancy, were very helpful during our stay and did their part to ensure that we had the best experience, not only during our stay but in the city itself. The location, the cleanliness, the room and the common services such as the pool and the fitness area 100% met our expectations. Thanks to the chefs for the food. We are leaving happy and would choose them again in the future.

Really a lovely cozy place to stay, great accomodarion, spacious room, bathroom with separate bath tub, nice balcony with pool view. The breakfast buffet was good, plenty of choice. I enjoyed the free bicycles which guests can use . Cycling to old historic center very easy and takes not more than 10 minutes. My special thanks goes to the staff for making me feel cared for and welcome You really went the extra mile when I forgot my wallet while at the beach and needed to pay for my lunch, without any hesitation you send the security man to bring me borrowed money Forever grateful for that Thank you dear ladies !!

The place is ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐!!
The room was sparkling clean, gave a bit of a luxury feeling, maybe because was brand new hotel, or just renovated (not sure).
The host was super friendly, helped with information, also provided in some cases drop off to the town, if u visit his clothes shop (my gf bought great dress from there, price a bit high, but quality was excellent).
The chose a hotel that will be between the old town and the beach, so that we can go easily to bought, also wanted to be away from the crowd. Was extreamly easy to book a taxi (Grab app) and is just few minutes from the old town.
We would def stay again, if we come back to Hoi An!

Great location, big and clean rooms and most importantly friendly and caring attitude.
The hosts helped us with everything - advice on choosing food and restaurants, sightseeing, tours, transfers, etc. All were first class.
Wonderful people with big hearts. They took care of my 11 year old son, prepared food for him and gave food packages for the trips.
We know where we will come again! My son is already calculating how long it will take us to save money for another trip to Vietnam to come back here again.
I recommend this place!
