Super friendly staff, how were always ready to help and answer questions. Extremely nice rooftop bar with plenty of different facilities like table tennis and pool. Everything ! What a wonderful stay ❤️ the staff was absolutely incredible, so kind, smiling all the time, nothing was a problem. Definitely the best breakfast of our entire stay in Vietnam - you order the day before but we added a few things on the day with no problem. Rooms new and spotless. Location in a very quiet street which was nice, 10 minutes walking to the center. The surrounding buildings are not in the best state but honestly it was absolutely not an issue. I would recommend to everyone, we felt like staying with our family not a hotel.

Autumn was very nice and provided us a warm welcome, even though we arrived earlier than expexted. She also provided good recommendations on what to do and see. The room was spacious and clean, especially the bathroom. The breakfast also very nice with lots of options to choose from.

We were impressed with the staff’s friendly attitude and warm care! Especially, lovely ladies by name Won and Win were extremely hospitable and helpful! They gave us the top room with the best view, recommended what to see and taste in town, assisted with take-away meals, laundry service, train tickets, Vietnamese coffee purchases, etc. Definitely we’ll be looking forward to come here again!
