Hoi an Heart Lodge is such a cosy hotel, Mat, the owner was so nice and very helpful with anything that he could help us with, he set up trips for us, hired mopeds for us also and all at a great price. I can’t praise the work that is put in to the hotel enough. A great city to visit and an even greater hotel.

One of the most outstanding hostels I've ever been to 🫶🏻 First of all: the staff (above all Lita and Velvette ♥️) is absolutely lovely and helpful. Also very good to have a nice and deep conversation. In the end you don't even have to leave the hostel haha. The location is perfect, quiet corner of Hoi An, but within a short walking distance to the historic center. The breakfast was tasty and every day different. Everything just perfect. Hopefully I'm coming back and definitely gonna stay at Dom Hostel again.

I absolutely adore Mr. Nam, the contact person. He's incredibly helpful and cooperative...also the basket boat that he adviced , was an amazing experience...food is good at the hotel...and the rooms are one of the best rooms i have ever stayed in.

What a beautiful experience for us! We stayed in Ems house for two nights, we have a very nice and clean room. The hotel is very well equiped. What was unforgetable is the owner - she is very nice and kind person, always ready to help, always with smile and really warm welcome. The hotel location is amazing, close to all facilities and everything. We will definitely come back. Fully recommended 10/10 :) thank you Em and your colleagues :) wish you all the best! Great location, close to everything! Free bycicle ! Amazing buffet breakfast! Great staff ...at check in they take the tome to explain you everything about the town and are always ready to help you! The rooms are spacious and well decorated, super clean! Great value for your money.
