The owners of the hotel were very welcoming and friendly. We were treated like kings throughout our stay.
The room and facilities were very clean and the pool was perfect to cool off and take a swim. We also used their laundry service which was done fast and clean.
The owners also helped us with providing good suggestions of places to go in Hoi An (activities, food, clothes shops,..) and arranged the taxis for us.
Upon checkout we received some food for on the go, since they knew we were taking a night bus to Nha trang, this was a very welcome surprise (and was delicious) :-)
We definitely recommend this hotel for your stay in Hoi An. The owners are truly amazing people and we will definitely book this again when we return to Hoi An one day

The breakfast was divine. There was a selection of fresh fruit, a pastry counter that rivals the French boulangères, 2 chefs to prepare fresh Vietnamese banh mi, noodles and omelets. The waiters also make us ice Vietnamese coffee every morning.

Our room was modern, clean, and well-equipped with thoughtful touches, like mosquito repellent provided just in case. The staff went above and beyond—they let us store our luggage before check-in and even after check-out, and we were welcome to relax in the lobby during those times. They also offered us access to showers there and even had umbrellas we could borrow. The staff was exceptionally friendly, and the hotel offered a range of activities along with a convenient town map. Plus, there’s a self-service station in the lobby for Vietnamese filter coffee, which was a lovely bonus.

The service was exceptional. Everyone was so willing to accommodate us and make our stay memorable. Sophie in particular was incredible and so attentive, she really made our time so special.
The breakfast buffet was great and has a wide variety. The rooms are great and spacious with beautiful finishings.
Overall we had the best time and will highly recommend Allegro to our friends and family

We were only in Hoi An for one night, so booked the Hoianese Center Hotel as it was such good value. It totally exceeded our expectations & was far nicer than other more expensive accommodation we have stayed in.
The room was immaculately clean, very spacious & comfortable.
All the staff were lovely - very friendly & welcoming. At check-in, Emma provided is with a map & gave us a great overview of things to do. Check-out was also very straightforward and we were given a small gift too, which was very thoughtful.
