This hotel is a 10! Nothing to say, pool is perfect, location great (little paradise 5 min from the busy old town), staff nice (our daughter even got a cake for her birthday), Spa ok (my husbands massage was a bit disappointing but mine was great), good breakfast!

Location - can’t get any better . Right in the middle of the centre but tucked away in a quiet alley so it’s a stones throw away from all the action but very quiet . All the restaurants and street vendors , pubs and shopping is right there . Breakfast - hearty healthy fruits , eggs , baguette , coffee . More than enough to start the day . And if you ‘d like a Vietnamese pho or rice you can request that as well . Room - strongly suggest taking the room with the balcony as it’s brighter and bigger . Great WiFi and very clean . VALUE FOR MONEY at its best . Doesn’t get better than this . Hosts - friendly and warm . Helped with tips and airport transfer . Eager to please .

We love that this property is a few minutes walk to the ancient town. It’s even better than the photos! We stayed at room 204 with a balcony where we can work. Nearby restaurants, marts — everything you need. The host is so lovely! She is extremely helpful, warm and took great care of us. Very thoughtful, too. And always with a smile. The room we stayed in for 7 nights was excellent! Great quality bed. Very clean home! They even clean everyday and make up the rooms (we had to even refuse! Lol) the interiors are high quality hard wood. Quiet neighborhood. We would definitely stay again. The breakfast served daily is delicious and nutritious. They serve fruit, too. Great value for money! They also did laundry for us at 30k per kg and it was super! Qua Cam Tim Homestay is a gem in Booking. Select the Hoian bread for brekky! You won’t regret it. 😋

The staff is very helpful, they gave us free bicycles to explore the area around, they help us to rent a scooter and to book a taxi for the airport. The breakfast is great(ask for the local soup 😋). Last the location is great it’s literally 2 minutes walking for the center of Hoi An

The people are so kind hearted and always eager to help you out. Even though it says a homestay, but it's almost like a hotel. Very big rooms, with a small balcony. Very neat and clean.
