Very nice hotel right across the river from the old city. The staff is outstanding and always there with a kind word and help as needed. The room was comfortable and the shower was great. The breakfast is amazing with lots of choices each day. From our balcony we could see the lantern boats each night. The shuttle to the private beach was nice and having the sun loungers there was a nice way to spend an afternoon. All in all a great place to stay and see the old town.

This hotel is a 10! Nothing to say, pool is perfect, location great (little paradise 5 min from the busy old town), staff nice (our daughter even got a cake for her birthday), Spa ok (my husbands massage was a bit disappointing but mine was great), good breakfast!

The room was very nice with a very good location (motorbike accessible even in the evening when the surrounding streets close only for walking). The host was also very helpful. He suggested his sister's tailor shop where we ended up with a skilfully made clothes. He was also very nice when handling our motorbikes' parking, early check-in, and allowing us to store baggage after check-out for the day. We can definitely recommend.

The host is super nice and considerate. They always smile and try their best to make the stay comfortable. They make delicious breakfast for us every morning, and they also provide free bikes. Miss Ten is the ideal BnB owner - just the right mix of friendly, helpful, and discreet. The breakfasts were good and filling (try the banh mi!). Very convenient to the old town, but in a part of Hoi An closer to where locals live and work. We would definitely stay with Miss Ten again, and recommend her home stay whole-heartedly.
