We absolutely loved our stay here. It was the most authentic accommodation we've had in Vietnam. They have preserved the charm of the old building but have maintained it to modern standards. The rooms were comfortable, the cleanest we've had in Vietnam and the staff

Everything about this place starting from the location which is about 1 kms from the ancient town to the lovely hosts, everything was perfect. The hosts were very cordial and arranged airport pick from danang airport at around 1200k VND. There was some language hiccups but they always did more what we asked for. The rooms were clean and huge, we also were given umbrellas to go out when it rained. Overall I would say it was a very good stay and I would definitely recommend everyone to stay here when you visit Hoi an.

The staff truly made my stay memorable. Emily and Nancy were outstanding—professional, attentive, and genuinely caring. From the moment I booked, they went above and beyond to assist with hotel transfers, booking tours, and ensuring everything was seamless. Their warmth and dedication genuinely make them the heart of the establishment.
Additionally, I was touched by the owner’s kindness. She was so lovely and attentive, taking the time to come greet me personally and check how I was doing. Her presence added a personal touch that made my experience even more special.
Overall, this hotel is a perfect blend of stunning design, thoughtful service, and genuine hospitality. I look forward to visiting again!
