Hotel is in a fantastic location, very central with just a short walk to all local attractions and amenities. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful! They helped us to coordinate with airport lost property and also noted a birthday we were celebrating and brought a cake.

This was the best hotel we have stayed during our 3 weeks trip in Vietnam!! The room was colonial style with wooden floor, nice furniture, romantic wooden lamps, a super comfortable mattress and a beautiful terrace with plants and view..It was so quiet during the night, that we had the best sleep ever. The room and the bathroom were really big, with windows, rain shower and abundant hot water! There was also a fridge, air conditioner and smart TV. Not to mention the cleanliness, they were cleaning the room and changed towels every day. The location was the best! 5 minutes walk to the historical center of Hoi an but away from the rivers of tourists. Also 10 minutes by bike to the beach, with lots of shops, banks and traditional markets around! One cannot find such a luxury room in this price. The host is a sweet woman with her family who speaks english, and is very kind and helpful. We will certainly miss her and our beautiful room, too!!

The place is quiet I needed that Helen was super helpful and the whole family was lovely. Within walking distance from the old town. When it was too hot, I took a grab for 16000. Really nice place to stay

Very conveniently located, nestled at the end of a main street. The hosts were extremely helpful and friendly. At our request, they arranged a trip to My Son, and a car to Da Nang airport at prices that were cheaper than advertised in town. We used their free bicycles to go to An Bang beach (about 20 to 30 minutes cycle away), and cycled through some rice fields on the way back. Walking into the Old Town takes only about 10 to 20 minutes and you can easily spend a few fun evenings there with all the bars, restaurants, shops, cafes, and historical sights. I would stay there again :)

The roof top pool was amazing and it's very close to the centre of the town. About a 10 minute walk to the waterfront and most of the tailors. Reception recommended a coffee show for us and we loved it! The room was spacious and the washing machine and dryer was so useful as we have been travelling a while and it was nice to reset.

It is in a great location less than 10minute walk from lots of food in the town. We enjoyed it here as it was quiet and away from the busy streets and nightlife. The room was very spacious and excellent value for money. The family was so lovely and answered any queries we had and we could also arrange a taxi to da Nang train station. Would definitely stay again.
