My partner and I had a great time staying at Kim Phu Villa. We originally only booked 1 night but ended up staying 3. The host Vince and his wife are lovely people who made us feel very comfortable and we’re able to recommend restaurants, cooking classes and more. We also go laundry done with a very quick turnaround. Kim Phu villa is a lovely place to stay in Hoi An!

This was the most beautiful place i have ever been. Every design lover would appreciate the interiors here. Room was clean and comfortable. The whole place has really calming vibe. It is located on quiet street in a walking distance (5-7 minutes) to old town and rice fields. It provides free bikes which is great. The breakfast is fresh and beautifully served. But i guess the best advantage is the staff that is really helpufl, kind and provides all the service you need.

Everything. My and her family are truly amazing. The villa is just perfect. The staff is ready to help you out with anything you need. Everything and especially the host. Mr Hai is very caring and accommodating. He is always ensuring our comfort and safety, offering advice before we set off for the day and welcoming us home warmly when we return. We will miss Mr Hai when we go home. ☺️ Rooms and bathrooms are spick and span clean. The bed is heavenly and everything smells lovely - toiletries, bedding, towels. Mr Hai gets our bicycles promptly ready when we request for them and they are provided complementary. Highly recommended, we look forward to returning.

Really clean place, you have both A/C and fan in the room and a large bathroom. The host was super kind and nice! She helped to get buses to come to Hoi An from Da Nang and also to get a bus from Hoi An to Hue to continue my trip in Vietnam. So if you need any help just ask her, she will fix it in no time.
