This was the best hotel I stayed at in Vietnam. The rooms are beautifully decorated and equipped with everything you need – it was actually the only hotel I found that offered hair conditioner! The location is perfect; the Old Town, restaurants, cafes, and tailor shops are all within walking distance. The real highlight is the staff. An and Helen are the heart of the place – incredibly helpful, friendly, and always willing to answer questions or offer recommendations. At check-in, you receive a brochure with all the essential information. The hotel also offers a free walking tour, which is a wonderful introduction to Hoi An and its history. Cindy was a fantastic guide, answering all questions with genuine enthusiasm. Highly recommended for a memorable stay!

The host and her husband are super kind and always ready to help. The rooms are amazing (we had the big one with the window and it was so clean and comfortable). It’s a bit outside Hoi An but the hosts had bikes for us (for free) and we used them everyday to go into the city center (6 min). Would 100% recommend.

Everything. The room was spacious and bright, the toilet was spotless and the shower was great. The bed was so comfy and it had 4 pillows! Something we haven’t seen in SEA. The staff, a gorgeous, kind family who treat you like their own. Vince and Leo let us check in early, have us great recommendations, did our washing on our last day and also welcomed us for a beer and to watch the football before getting our night bus. Genuinely the nicest experience we have had in the last 3 months travelling. We loved Hoi An and will definately stay here again!!! Thank you so so so much. Sláinte☘️☘️

Location was super convenient in a very quiet street. 10min walking from old town; 20min cycling from the beach. Staff was amazing with a lot of recommendations and always on top of everything in case we needed anything. I’ve tried a couple of different traditional dishes for breakfast and they were both incredibly tasty! The room and common spaces are very comfortable, with all the amenities you expect from a nice hotel but with the care from an homestay.

It is in a great location less than 10minute walk from lots of food in the town. We enjoyed it here as it was quiet and away from the busy streets and nightlife. The room was very spacious and excellent value for money. The family was so lovely and answered any queries we had and we could also arrange a taxi to da Nang train station. Would definitely stay again.
