We stayed here for a week to celebrate our wedding anniversary and chose this hotel based on friends' recommendations. We couldn't have chosen a better hotel! Our room was a suite at the end of the building, adjacent to the beach and therefore probably had the best view of any room. Our room was phenomenal, spacious, clean, and modern. The overall hotel facilities were great. Service was fantastic, as was the food. We were pleasantly surprised by the restaurants' prices, which reflected great values. The Guest Relations Officer, Ms. My, checked with us whenever she saw us in a public area and she even answered calls on her day off. She was very helpful in planning our itinerary and making the arrangements for us. Other hotel executives also checked in on us EVERY day. Mr. Kim (Regional Operations executive), Mr. Ben (F&B Manager), and Mr. Hieu (restaurant manager) all were extremely helpful and asked for our suggestions every day! We felt as if we were the most special VIP guests. We'll definitely be back soon!

We could not imagine a better stay <3. The resort staff were extremely nice and pro-actively making your experience better every day. The resort area was gorgeous, filled by diverse flowers and many trees. The entire area was kept incredibly clean and the flowers smelled amazing. The pools were nice and there were always sun chairs available. Our room was kept spotless and smelled super nice thanks to the lemongrass candles regulary lit by the housekeeping staff. You can find all sorts of breakfast meals from the usual variaty of eggs, pho bo or even bolognese. With the menu being updated daily we were always excited for the next day. We visited the resort restaurant a few times and while the meals and drinks were delicious we were a bit dissapointed with the desserts, which were mostly european and not to the standard of the other meals. If you are lucky you might catch a beautiful sunset and live music. The staff were amazing there as well. I also need to mention the amazing vietnamese massage available at the resort spa, the masseuse was extremely professional and I would recommend going at least once.

Philip Bungalow are the best place you can be during your stay in Phu Quoc 😊 My room was clean, big, the air conditioner worked perfectly, as well as the fridge you have available in the room. The location is phenomenal, some of the best beaches are about 10 minutes' walk from the accommodation. There is a huge supermarket a 2-minute walk away, as well as a large number of restaurants. And the pool, the pool is the best part of the accommodation. It's big enough that you can easily swim in it, the water is very clean, and it's tucked between palm trees and beautiful flowers. The pool is literally like a fairy tale. This accommodation is highly recommended, and I can't wait to return to the island and enjoy it again.
