The staff were great. The barman Lawrence and John the sever were great. The breakfast team and the reception staff were always helpful and nice. The hotel feels very homely, truly welcoming and clean. Perfect location for walking around the V&A without the noise of the hub bub. The room is large with an extra large bathroom. Every corner of the hotel has something special.

Luxury, very well-equipped apartment in a safe and quiet Waterfront location, just 5 minutes from restaurants and entertainment. It is exceptionally comfortable, fully furnished, and boasts a beautiful view of the marina. The residence provides excellent amenities, including a coffee shop (perfect for breakfast), a gym, and a swimming pool. The hosting was perfect. I highly recommend this stay.

All the staff were so very friendly and went out of their way to accommodate any requests we had. Nothing was too much bother. The Manor House is just lovely and we will certainly be back. We have travelled to many countries but I can say hand on heart that we’ve never had such a wonderful welcome as this.

The host, Thando was super amazing and on point. Very responsive to all our inquiries and super warm and welcoming. We felt at home immediately. The location was PERFECT, short walk to the waterfront and the security at the residence was super top notch! We honestly felt very safe and secure here. The views from Thando’s place were also divine. You get to see table mountain from the kitchen side and the canal from the living room side. We really enjoyed staying here. Just perfect.

The whole property has been renovated and looks fantastic. The room was very nice with a very comfortable bed and a beautiful view of the harbour and table mountain. Staff were all very nice and you can’t beat the location for the V&A. Lots of Lovely little touches for Christmas around the hotel with a nice bottle of wine waiting for us when we arrived.

During the waiting for the check in I was offered Jin & Tonik- a great start! The room was clean, well furnished. We chose a family room and got a large double bed and a bank bed wich my kids loved. Every bed has it's own TV! The shower is big and clean. Breakfast is excellent.
