Everything was perfect. From the reception area manager Mr Shaylen went out of his way to make our stay comfortable. very accommodating kind and helpful. Mr Govender not sure i got the old uncles surname right was outstanding . He is the oldest staff in the hotel and hope the young ones learn from his kindness and effort shown to his guests. Mrs Bathma was so kind and made sure room service to the beddings and cleaning of the room was outstanding. she was kind and friendly and took care of any mishaps. The food was amazing. A big WOW to the seafood buffet where my brother and his family visited us and joined for dinner. The most Lavish seafood dinner buffet ever. I give this a 100/100. Being a Durbanite living in Mauritius to come back home and stay at this hotel is a 10/10. I am a tour operator in Mauritius living here 30 years. Our hotels here certainly excel in all fields and i can definitely say that COASTLANDS MUSGRAVE and their staff is a 10/10. 5 STAR. the SPA was a treat I cannot get over . It was all HEAVEN and back. Amazing JUST AMAZING. A big thank you for maintenance who went the extra mile to change the hand shower to a longer hose pipe that we took with us to facilitate better comfort regarding toilet measures as the hotel did not have a Bidet. Definitely coming back . Keep up the the excellent work!!!!
