We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Amanzi! From the moment we arrived, we felt warmly welcomed and comfortable. The hotel is beautifully decorated, impeccably clean, and equipped with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The attention to detail was outstanding, from the cozy bedding to the friendly staff.

Perfectly set in Knysna, Bollard Bay House offers luxury accommodation alongside the Knysna River. The house has an outdoor pool and a bar.

We were very impressed with Mike the owner who was a fountain of knowledge, suggesting the best local hotspots to visit. He immediately made us feel very welcome, relaxed and at home. He was on hand and present throughout breakfast, which was absolutely delicious with plenty of choice and plenty of it. The breakfast chef and our room cleaner were both friendly and full of smiles at all times. We loved our comfortable room, very spacious, spotlessly clean with everything we needed and could want. We had two wonderful nights sleep on a super comfortable bed. Great idea having an honestly bar filled with a great variety of drinks. The views from our room were spectacular!

A fanstastic guesthouse, very friendly personnel. The location is great on an idyllic island in the Knysna lagoon, with no fences. You can use the canoes, kayaks and bicycles of the house, which we did, and it was amazing. The rooms are good but the common spaces are even better, and really add to a relaxed holiday atmosphere. Our best stay during our trip in South Africa.

Calm, friendly atmosphere in a stunningly beautiful location. It’s a pleasure to communicate with the hostess, who is a very interesting and multifaceted personality. Marisa pays attention to details to make your stay as comfortable as possible. There is an opportunity to be as autonomous as possible and at the same time use a common space. We had the opportunity to have breakfast and dinner overlooking the bay on a beautiful terrace. The room even included beach towels in a bag. At our request, Marisa gave us a beach umbrella and chairs for our trip to the beach. Very quiet. There were no power outages like in many places in South Africa.

In the Leisure Isle district of Knysna, close to Bollard Bay Beach, Panzi Garden Suite has free bikes and a washing machine.

We had an amazing stay at the leisure collective. Our apartment was very clean and very well equipped. There were SUPs and bikes for free use - we did a fun tandem bike tour around the island .
