They are friendly, admin is simply meaning you don't have to wait at the reception. The facility is so clean, information desk is near the room in case you need anything ,one call away they assist pationately so. The staff manager Ingrid was just fantastic. Whem mailing her one day in advance to have a township visit, she organised a visit to her previous township. This was so cool, interesting, especially the things we would never have seen with a tourist organisation. Thank you so much Ingrid. We ❤️ you! Also the manor was a fantastic house with several different rooms, cosy and very nice.
