Place is quiet and spacious so guests arriving with kids do not make much disturbance. Stuff is quite polite and friendly (even absolutely not organised and helpless). Food is quite good in quality and taste with fair price

Over all facilities and room & amenities were excellent.. Above all the exemplary service by the staff and their hospitality need to be plauded.. Want to specifically thank and praise the staff Citra(Front office) , Mounir(Wildlife drive) , Jaffer(Kayaking) and the Horseriding staff to name few...they treated us like royals Food @Palm,Oleo was finglerlicking good too.. Over all, was the best stay cation ever for me and children.. Will recommend to anyone...

The most of beautiful place in UAE, very calm, very peaceful. Big swimming pool and good food. The best service from the start to end. Me and my kids enjoyed very much. Thanks for everyone for making our weekend wonderful! I will definitely recommend this place to my friends.

The villas are beautifully done up and the service is fantastic. The family had a brilliant time. Kids, in particular, love the fact that peacocks and hyrexs come up to the villa. we saw so many different animals.
