The host welcomed us at the entrance. We arrived around 9 pm but they prepared food for us upon our request. There is no menu but the food they provided was homemade and very tasty, with nice music also very responsible price. One of the best meal we had in Armenia. They prepared breakfast very early for us and gave us some fruits on our departure. Very hospitable and kind people. We assure anyone who stay there will be very comfortable. The property has a pond with fish and ducks. It would have been nice to get there early and chill by the pond or in the garden. Very beautiful place, we'd love to come back one day! Thank you very much for looking after us so well :D

A lovely and welcoming family. I felt really good staying here. Welcomed with grapes and departed with a huge breakfast to have energy for the whole day. This is a perfect place to visit the Ararat area and really recommended to do a morning trip to Khor Virap monastery (15 min taxi ride). Sunset views of Ararat and early morning views are stunning

the place of peace and tranquillity. beautiful nature around and a lot of stars at night. It’s a perfect place if you want to get away from the city and people and rest in the middle of nowhere! I was very surprised when I found out that it is a bear rescue centre! Also the jeep tour to the mountains is a must do! amazing staff, I didn’t have a car but they were so kind to take me to the town to the grocery store.

A very nice place to keep yourself from Armenia's ruthless sun. There is a swimming pool and a barbeque area. I saw many toys for kids like a trampoline. Nearby, you can go hiking to a lot of beautiful places. Also the owners are very friendly and hospitable people. They keep the place clean and functional.

A good location for a relaxing holiday in Aygavan, B&B Sunrise House Aygavan is a bed and breakfast surrounded by views of the city.

Boris and Sona are really kind and warm people, the dinner and breakfast are really fresh and delicious, the room was cozy and clean and there fruit garden and homemade juice and jam are truly amazing, I will surely want to come back

The house was newly renovated, beautiful, modern, clean, had everything you need for a nice family or friend gathering with plenty of space. The hosts were very friendly and kind ! It'll be even better in the summer when you use the pool and the gazebo. Will definitely be coming back here when the weather get's warmer!
