Hotel Orbeli was perfect for our first stay in Armenia. Especially the staff was really nice and helpful when we asked for anything (calling a taxi, food recommendations, parking spot...). The rooms are spacious and clean, you got everything you need for your stay there. Breakfast was solid, also good options for vegetarians and vegans. Metro station and a few supermarkets are nearby, but if you want to explore the city by foot: keep in mind that it's a good 20 minute walk to the center from there. We rented a car for 2 days and had no problem finding a parking spot on the street in front of the hotel in the evening everyday. Overall a lovely place in Yerevan with great views of Mount Ararat :-)

It was a wonderful time that I spent in Blur Inn and to be host by great humans like Nina and Tigran (also for the rest of the staff that I don't know the name!) They are genuine people that will make you feel like home and that don't have a price. Regarding Hotel, all was perfect since location (close to metro and away from noice of center) to the commodities that are clean and spacious. You can only work peacefully remote if that's the case. Breakfast was great and always different from day to day. Hope to visit my friends once again, and I think I will do. All the best! Miguel

Really happy, perfect location, secure nice ambiance, comfort (house is very clean and open) feels right at home, very friendly and helpful hosts. Their son helped me to organize my transport to where I was going on a trip and around in the city, he also cared afterwards, if it has been a success. I really appreciate his special attention. So nice to meet them and I would stay with this family again!

The apartment was very clean and surprisingly spacious, with three balconies. The kitchen was well equipped with everything needed for cooking. The location was excellent—close to Rio Mall and with supermarkets just at the end of the alley. Most importantly, the host was incredibly helpful and supportive.
