Barbara is very hospital and nice, although speaking very little English but always smile and giving us help. The environment of the house inside and outside was brilliant, every sight is a beautiful picture, the house is big and well furnished, we enjoy our stay a lot and definitely will come again when our next trip to Munich. Nice accomodation with super cute owner. The room is space enough with nice balcony view. The big advantage of thi place is nice restaurant with good food and plesant staff. And completly over expectation are the breakfast, large, with great cofee, juice, fresh eggs - dellisious.

We absolutely loved everything about the apartment and the amenities! We traveled with two kids and a dog, and everything was super comfortable — spacious rooms, good mattresses, and a large balcony with a gorgeous view. The bathroom was big and included a bathtub, which was a great bonus. The apartment is just a minute’s walk from the main hotel, where guests can access the spa and wellness facilities. For added convenience, there was also a washing machine and dryer available for our use. The spa, with its stunning view, was amazing — plenty of options and quiet relaxation rooms. During our stay, there were almost no other guests using the spa, so we had a truly relaxing experience. The indoor swimming pool was perfect for any weather. There’s also a water park very close to the hotel, which is great for families. A huge thank you to the staff — we arrived late (after the regular check-in time), and the owner kindly waited for us, welcomed us personally, and allowed us to complete the formal check-in the next day. We really appreciated this warm hospitality.
